Mobile physical therapy & occupational therapy in your own home — Brandon & Sioux Falls, SD
Two licensed services, delivered where the difficulty actually happens — your bathroom, your stairs, your kitchen. No homebound requirement, and no waiting room.
Medicare Part B, Medicaid and more. Private pay options as well.
What we bring to you
Mobile physical therapy and mobile occupational therapy are offered side by side. Some people need one, some need both, and a quick phone call is usually enough to tell which.
Licensed one-on-one physical therapy in your home — rebuilding strength, balance and mobility after surgery, a hospital stay, a fall, or a long stretch of pain.
Licensed occupational therapy in your home — keeping self-care, daily routines and home safety within reach as strength, memory or vision change.
Not sure which one you need? That is what the call is for.
Why it happens here
You can clear a hallway in a therapy gym and still catch your foot on the rug by your own back door. Working in your home means the plan is built around the real thing — for both services.
Mobile Physical Therapy
You may be a great fit if any of these describe your situation.
Mobile PT — what visits include
Progressive strength and movement work, rehearsed on the stairs, chairs and beds you actually use.
Hands-on treatment of stiff, guarded or restricted tissue to restore range before it is loaded.
Targeted needling of trigger points to release muscle tension that is holding a pattern in place.
Steadiness retrained where falls happen, alongside the lighting, rugs and rails around you.
Protocol-paced recovery after joint replacement, repair or a hospital stay, without the drive.
Addressing what keeps provoking the pain, so relief outlasts the length of a single visit.
Call and we will verify your benefits and schedule the evaluation in your home.
Mobile Occupational Therapy
These are the changes that quietly shrink a day — and the ones occupational therapy is built to address.
Mobile OT — specialty certifications
An intensive, evidence-based protocol for Parkinson’s disease that retrains the amplitude of everyday movement — steps, reach, turning, getting up.
Formal training in home modification — the grab bars, lighting, thresholds and layout changes that let a house keep working as needs change.
Specialized approach to memory loss, matching tasks and cues to current ability so independence is preserved rather than taken over.
Call and we will verify your benefits and schedule the evaluation in your home.
What to expect — either service
No equipment to bring, nothing to prepare. The first visit is mostly listening and looking.
What has gotten harder, what you have stopped doing, and what you want back. Your goals set the plan — not a template.
Balance, strength, mobility and safety are assessed room by room, including the spots where you already feel unsteady.
Exercises, task retraining, equipment and home modifications — in writing, in plain language, with your family looped in.
Why choose us
Full outpatient-level care, delivered at your kitchen table. The setting changes; the standard does not.
Licensed clinicians with focused training — dry needling and post-surgical rehab on the PT side, Parkinson’s, dementia and aging in place on the OT side.
The same clinician, your full appointment, no shared floor time. Nobody is split between three people at once.
Paying for care
Call and we will verify your benefits before anything is scheduled, so you know what a visit costs before it happens. This applies to both services.
Outpatient therapy benefits, delivered in the home setting.
Accepted, along with a range of additional plans.
Straightforward self-pay options with no referral required.
Before you call
Physical therapy works on the body’s movement — strength, balance, range of motion, pain. Occupational therapy works on the tasks that movement is for — dressing, bathing, cooking, managing a home safely. Plenty of people benefit from both, and we will say so if that is the case.
No. There is no homebound requirement. Traditional home health usually requires that status and ends when it does; this is outpatient therapy that simply comes to you, so you can still drive, work and leave the house.
Brandon, Sioux Falls and the surrounding communities, including assisted living and independent living residences. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask — the answer is often yes.
It depends on how your care is being paid for. Call and we will tell you exactly what your plan requires, and coordinate the paperwork with your physician if a referral or plan-of-care certification is needed.
Yes. PT and OT are often run alongside each other, each with its own goals and its own visits. Call either number and we will sort out what makes sense and how it is billed.
A list of your medications, any equipment you already use, and a sense of which tasks or rooms give you the most trouble. Comfortable clothing and shoes you actually walk in are helpful.
Please invite them. Spouses, adult children and caregivers are welcome at any visit, and learning the techniques alongside you makes the plan far more likely to stick.
